The Mission

We are proud of our impressive record of producing strong vote totals - amongst the highest in the city – for the progressive candidates we support. But the mission of 48th Ward Democrats extends beyond politics and running elections. Our organization, under Carol’s leadership, is committed to an informed and involved electorate - conducting issue forums, holding regular social activities and hosting public service days.

The Officials

48th Ward Democrats is remarkable for its progressive elected officials at all levels of government. From national to state to local leaders, we're engaging with the public and making sure our representatives are truly "of the people."
